The Decision Of River Schemes Based On AHP

Based on the plans optimization of the river harnessing, the reasonable patternand method are discussed in this paper for assessing the effect of the AHP using in theriver harnessing of North canal in Tianjin, which can provide scientific and reliablebasis for decision-making, and also offer theoretical basis and typical successfulexample for the river harnessing scheme.Firstly, the problems in river harnessing plan optimization research as well as thecurrent research and the significance are recommended in the domestic and foreignresearch progress, Then, the current application are discussed of analytic hierarchyprocess (AHP) steps and improvement ideas, Secondly, optimization process of theriver harnessing plan is explaining in detail for the North of canal of Tianjin based onthe characteristics of the canal and the Predecessors’ achievements. Thirdly, themanagement plan optimization evaluation system is built and the application effectsare analyzed by using the AHP method, which can make a collection in a body of thequalitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation. Finally suggestions are put forwardon some of the limitations of the AHP method in this paper.
