After starting the vacuum distillation unit transformation,Running effect is not satisfactory,To this end optimal operation of the vacuumdistillation of the deep-cut research, To improve the vacuum furnace outlettemperature of395℃, Adjusted by second lines、Three lines out of proportion,Residue530℃before the fraction of content from before Modification about12%to7%,Ensure the balance of the whole plant of heavy oil and heavy oilprocessing capacity, improve economic efficiency.With the heavy crude processing volume increased, in order to ensure thatthe deep-cut level and product quality, With Petro-SM software vacuum furnacesimulation results show that,Vacuum furnace is still tiouine space; improve thevacuum system level, Mechanical and hydraulic steam+vacuum; Increase by twoto take the heat, reduce light vacuum gas-oil(LVGO) of diesel with high vacuumgas-oil(HVGO) component.
