| In recent years,oil resources were increasingly scarce,the proportion of dealing with heavy crude oil gradually increased in the domestic oil-refining-enterprises,the difference between heavy crude oil and light crude oil was that the former had little light oil yield and more residue oil yield.It had became the focus at home and abroad that How to use new technology to increase cut yield so as to achieve more distillate oil and better economic benefit.The devices of SINOPEC Wuhan company had some problems that the coking unit capacity was insufficient and the catalytic cracking unit capacity was surplus,so it badly needed to solve the problem by improving the cut yield of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit and reducing the residue yield.The deep vacuum distillation technology was applied in the WuHan Sinopec 2#crude atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit on this paper,the goal was that the cut depth of crude oil was increased to more than 560 ℃ and the yield of residue oil was decreased by 2.4%at least.First,the Aspen Plus software was used to process simulation on the device,the important parameters during production process were reasonable analyzed and improved through using the simulation results.Second the application of deep vacuum distillation in the 2#crude atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit was studied,the influence of device material,energy consumption,product quality and so on were analyzed before and after being carried out deep vacuum distillation,the efficiency of device was analyzed at the same time,and the existing problems of device were also analyzed.The results of the study were as follows:1.Three towers process simulation models were set up in the WuHan Sinopec 2#atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit,three towers process were verified,the results show that the established models were consistent with the actual working condition.2.Under the condition of adopting the deep vacuum distillation technology,the device capacity can reach to 615 t/h;the deep vacuum distillation compared with the normal operation,the light oil yield was the same,wax oil yield was increased by 2.38%,the residue yield was decreased by 2.45%,the total distillate yield was increased by 2.44%,the device energy consumption was increased 0.209 KgEo/t,they were up to goals;And the products quality controlling was exactly the same during the deep vacuum and the normal operation,all the quality controlling indexes were qualified during calibration. |
