Land Reuse Mode Selection And Planning Study Of Coal Mining Collapse Area Of Small Mining Towns In Huainan

Coal and land are important natural resources for the subsistence and development of the mankind. Large scale mining coal resulted in a large number of land subsidence and barrenness, while had made a great contribution to China’s economic and social development, which seriously discouraged the improvement of local ecological environment, agricultural production, social and economic development and local life. How to effectively reuse the land of mining collapse area is the main problem which small mining town of Huainan City are facing. Apply proper land reuse mode and planning strategy, reuse destroyed land, restore the ecology of mining collapse area, moreover, to meet sustainable development needs of the small mining towns.This essay chose mining collapse area of a small mining town in Huainan City, Anhui for research, analyzed current situation of mining collapse area and land reuse. From multi-perspectives and macro, meso and micro, started from aspects of national and provincial policy guidance, sustainable development of small mining towns and reality of mining collapse areas, the author theoretically analyzed the related factors on mining collapse areas, figured out two key factors of land reuse of mining collapse areas:main strategies——mode selection and implementation ways——planning strategy, and based this, summed up the theoretical guidance framework and technical issues in coal mining collapse areas.In case research, choosing the mining collapse area of Guan Dian Xiang, Fengtai, Huainan and Jiulong Gang, Datong, Huainan to finish specific analysis, planning and design. Putting theory into practice, guide sustainable development of land reuse in mining collapse areas of small mining towns in Huainan through studying several theoretical and practical issues about land reuse of mining collapse areas.
