Estimate And Analyze The Emissions Of Main Greenhouse Gas In Fujian Province

With the rapid development of industrialization, urbanization and society, large numbers of greenhouse gas have been emitted into atmosphere that enhance the original normal greenhouse effect and trigger a series of globalization problems, which becomes more and more serious in recent years and becomes the focus that various of society.Baseing on IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories published in2006, and combing with related research theory, we select appropriate method and emission fators fitted for Fujian province to account the main greenhouse gas emission of Fujian province.Taking2009as benchmark year, this paper makes a list for the main greenhouse gas emissions of Fujian province, and take futher research on greenhouse gas emission by total emissions, emission intensity, greenhouse gas emissions per capita, and greenhouse gas emissions per area etc. Meantime, we discuss the region difference of greenhouse gas emissions of cities on the view of energy economy, population, industrial structure, transportation and technology level etc.Thirdly, we forecast the greenhouse gas emission of whole province by scenario analysis method, and witch shows the great effect of policy measures to slow down the greenhouse gas emissions.According to the present situation of Fujian province, policies and researches which are about the quantitative greenhouse gas emissions, we proposed short term approaches for greenhouse gas emission control which include optimizing the industrial structure, promoting the development of green industry; improving energy efficiency, vigorously developing new energy sources; focusing on product promotion, advocateing low-carbon life; strengthening international exchanges, and accelerating technology transfer etc.
