| The well structure design is an important part of drilling engineering design, which is not only related to the safe and smooth drilling, but also related to the drilling economic benefits. Reasonably well structure design can maximize avoid leakage, apray, collapse, cards engineering accident, but also significantly reduce the cost of drilling engineering. but it’s very difficult to design reasonable well structure, because it is need to meet the technical requirements, meet economic requirements, but also need to combined with the regional characteristics and ground conditions.In this thesis through the research and analysis of the development of the well structure at home and abroad, familiar with domestic and international drilling casing program series, analysis of the present situation of the well structure at home and abroad. Comprehensive consideration the factors affecting the well structural design, reference the well structure design standard, and consider the setting position. Determine the top-down and bottom-up design methodology, according to the safe drilling of the borehole section meet the constraints includes the pressure balance, overflow, differential sticking.This paper based on the investigation of a great number of domestic and international information and the synthesize of the well structure software existing at home and the design method of the traditional well structure, on basis of research a variety of factors affect the well structure design. In this paper, based on Microsoft SQL Server2005database platform and Microsoft Visual Studio2010object-oriented visual programming tools to develop the well structure design software, which has a lot of advantages such as friendly interface, simple operation and multi ways to input and output and so on. The system main includes base the formation pressure data draw the formation pressure profile, well bore trajectory drawing, the casing program design, and output the design report and other functions. The system used modular ideas; the basic data are stored in the database which can also be imported from the database directly. The users can also rationally adjust the design parameters through the options of the program directly. Combined with action design to get more satisfactory results.This paper had a deep understanding of the complicated situation encountered in these exploration blocks such as Hongliuquan block and Kunbei block of Qinghai oil field and researched litho logy, pressure profile and the characteristic of stratum, which summarized the technical difficulties of drilling in these blocks and engineering solutions. The reasonable casing string series, the reasonable range of the casing depth and ascertain principles were determined and new well structure series were recommended for the complex deep well excellent-fast drilling of the above-mentioned two blocks by combining with well structure design software, using the calculations of the improved bottom-up well structure design method, applying the design philosophy of the top-down design methods. It has achieved good results by the field test and application in the two blocks, which has a guiding role for the progressive formation of mature complicated deep and ultra-deep well structure series. |
