Textile Design For Tea Table Setting Based On System Thinking

Field research and online survey are carried out to research the market of textile products for tea table setting on the basis of reference to the existing research achievements. Finally, the existing problems are analyzed and summarized based on the existing literature and the results of survey and investigation.On the basis of survey and investigation, it gradually analyzes the role of textile products for tea table setting in atmosphere building as well as the value of significance of system thinking for products design, and moreover, based on the characteristics of textile composition for tea table setting, the conditions and requirements for creating a good atmosphere, the manifestation modes of aesthetics and styles, it also makes an discussion on the feasibility of combining system thinking with textile design for tea table setting.By synthesizing the above mentioned theoretical research, the principles andmethod for textile design under the guidance of system thinking are put forward, and meanwhile the design flow which is designer-dominated based on customization and market requirement is summarized.Systematic design practice starting from analyses on the environment and demands of the case of "Puyuan" is carried out, which provides the theoretical foundation and the actual references for textile design in terms of tea table setting.
