Shallowly Talk About The Countryside Ecological Environment Treatments And Policies In China

Ecological environment is a primary foundation for human being’s survive and development. Look back upon the history, serious environment pollution and ecological destruction has occurred worldwide because of the ignorance of the objective principles between the natural environment and economic development, blindly exploration and abuse of natural resources, which have greatly threat the survival, development and progress of whole mankind. Therefore, it’s an avoidable task for the whole world to protect and treat the ecological environment. As a large agricultural country, China has a population in rural area as a majority of the whole population. Protection and treatment of the countryside ecological environment not’only influence the economy and society development of countryside directly, but also the healthy of the later generations. Thus, it must be a main task of the nation to protect and treat the countryside ecological environment. As the gradually promotion of the social productivity and development of the economy, ecological environment protection has been put into the agenda of the Party and government. Through the efforts of relative aspects and the so called policies of "taking step firstly and trial firstly","priority to protection" and "processing with awards", we can say the treatment of ecological environment in rural area has some kind of improvement and environment protection has much progress. However, the situation of the ecological environment in rural area is still serious and there are still many problems, such as huge difference of various districts, incompletely prohibition of discharge of polluted matters in industry area. So, it’s a long-term task for the treatment of ecological environment in rural area. Based on the above mentioned reasons, it’s quite meaningful to objectively describe the present situation of treatment of ecological environment of rural area, discover the existing problems and underlying reasons and offer guideline for the Party and government to draw up the policy about the treatment of ecological environment in rural area.This article tries to investigate the individual case about the L County’s countryside ecological environment treatment, and provide some general thoughts about the policy in order to inspire others’better thought.
