Research On Quality Risk Management Of Oil Well Cementing Project

Cementing is the key link of oil drilling engineering. Cementing project quality notonly directly affects well drilling and completion, well test, oil extraction, and stimulationmeasures and so on each subsequent work smoothly, but also affects the normal productionand the rational development of oilfield. Especially, with the deepening of oilfielddevelopment, complex geological strata, diverse drilling type and the way, the requirementsof cementing quality becomes higher and higher, the increasing of cementing qualitybecomes more and more difficult. Therefore, the oil industry has paid high attention oncementing quality. Domestic and foreign oil engineers and theory researchers had a lot oftheoretical research and practical work on how to improve the cementing quality, and madegreat contributions on the cementing quality; But from the current research and the practicework, mainly concentrated in the process, the technology and the tool, from managementperspective, especially from the view of project quality risk management, the research forcementing quality of risk literature still not saw.This paper reviewed based on the domestic and foreign relevant fields of researchresults, it puts forward the oil well cementing project quality risk management researchsignificance and main content; this paper defines the connotation of risk management of thecementing project quality, cementing project quality risk and cementing project quality, andexpounds the engineering quality risk analysis and the basic control method, and builds atheoretical base for the cementing quality of project risk management research; Then, withemphasis in five aspects on the person, content, method, environment and economy, itanalyzes the impact of cementing project quality risk factor, and establishes the cementingquality of project risk assessment system; And it estimates the weight of the applicationmethod of AHM, and classifies each factor on the basis of the method of ABC; Using thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it constructs the cementing quality of project riskcomprehensive evaluation model, and makes the example analysis; Finally, on the basis ofthe cementing quality of project risk factor analysis and evaluation, it put forward the oilwell cementing quality of the general risk control measures on the basis of project quality control method. The result of this paper has not only the theoretical value, but also thepractical application value.
