So dividing the two kinds factors become more important.In order to get a accurate value of cementing quality, this article depends on fuzzy mathematics which can solve those problem that come down to lots of levels factor to build up a model which consider all of those factor, and establish some rule.Finally, developing a software system by the model. The system is named Evaluating Cleaning and Channels of Oil & Gas Wells, which can accomplish lots of work about cementing.
