| Chinese Economy is developing rapidly in recent years; however, people are ignoring the environmental protection and values while focusing on economic growth. Facing the increasingly serious resources destruction and environmental problems, establishing nature reserves has become an important measure to protect the resources and environment. Since the first nature reserve (Dinghushan Nature Reserve) was established in1956, the construction of nature reserve has developed fast which plays an important role in resource and environment protection. But there are also some problems to establish nature reserves such as fund shortage and the influences on daily living and production of local residents. Therefore, it is imperative to establish an effective eco-compensation mechanism of nature reserves.In the paper, Futian mangrove nature reserve is took as the research object. The eco-compensation subjects were determined by the methods of stakeholder analysis and questionnaire survey. The eco-compensation standard was made based on the value quantity calculated and corrected of ecosystem services, and combines with the willingness investigation of community residents. The eco-compensation ways and capital sources were put forward by questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The results show that the ecosystem service value of Futian mangrove nature reserve in Shenzhen is57689.5×104Yuan per year. The eco-compensation subjects include governments at all levels and the benefited enterprises; in the other hand, the eco-compensation objects are community residents returning farmland to lake and management committee of nature reserve. The eco-compensation standard is9000-13000Yuan per mu a year. The main way of eco-compensation is cash compensation. The eco-compensation capitals come from higher authorities’ financial transfer payment and special funds of central finance. Last but not the least, the safeguard measures are put forward. |
