However, the traditional pretreatment process of the linen fibershas many shortcomings, such as high energy consumption, high pollution and much loss in itsstrength. This comes into conflict with people’s conception of environmental protection andenergy saving. To a certain degree, this has limited the development of the linen textile.Therefore, developing the low energy consumption, low cost, green and environmentalpretreatment technology of linen fiber textile dyeing and finishing industry has become theinevitable trend.Enzyme is a kind of activity native protein, which is easy degradation, and no harm tothe human. It can produce catalytic degradation only to the specific substrate, and do not playroles to the non-substrate. Enzyme treatment has ease conditions, high efficiency, it canreduce production cost effectively, and the wastewater generated by enzyme treatment candisposal conveniently. Due to the advantage of efficiency and specificity, energy saving andenvironmental, enzyme treatment is concerned in many areas of production.In this paper, the mainly study is how to use acid cellulase and acid pectinase to thepretreatment of linen roving. The paper mainly expounds the mixed enzyme’s dosage, as wellas the factor which is influence of enzyme action, such as pH, temperature, time, the dosageof activating agent. Under the premise to meet the linen roving’s performance of industrialuse, we determine the optimum process parameters of enzyme scouring by orthogonal test andsingle factor test. Being the index of the degree of the whiteness, dyeing rate, the degree ofpolymerization, pectin content, the degree of fiber splitting, through compared theperformance with the linen roving which is treatment by high temperature alkali scouringprocess, to validate the feasibility of linen roving enzyme scouring.All tests demonstrate that enzyme scouring has been able to reach the effect of traditionalalkali scouring. The optimization process of enzyme scouring can replace the traditional alkaliscouring, and to solve the question of complex process, serious pollution of the traditionalhigh temperature alkali scouring, and making the pretreatment of the linen roving developingto the energy-saving and environmental. |
