| In this paper,the principles and factors about desizing,scouring,bleaching and softening were emphatically discussed and the suitable technieal parameters were given.Firstly, the application of desizing on linen fabric with low temperature plasma technology was studied. The experiment results showed that after the low-temperature plasma (200W, 30Pa, 5min) treatment on linen fabric,the best conditions, which were NaOH 6g·L-1,desized for 10 min, realized the 40% dosage reduction of NaOH and 67% decrease of desizing time , while the capillary and the breaking strength had been improved compared with the conventional treatment.Secondly,linen fabrics were scoured with biological enzyme. The effect of factors including dosage of enzyme, temperature,treatment time and pH values on pectinase and cellulase scouring of linen fabric were discussed.The optimization process is listed in the followings: pectinase 2 g/L,cellulase 2 g/L,55℃,90min,pH 6,which could be proved by the results: weight loss ratio 5.25% ,stiffness 41.1mm ,capillary effect 12.5cm/30min.Thirdly, steaming bleaching processes of linen fabric was studied. The effect of factors including dosage of H2O2, pH, steaming time and TAED on H2O2 bleaching of linen fabric were discussed.The optimization process was listed in the followings: H2O2 (30%)30g/L, TAED 4g/L,pH 10,60min, which could be proved by the results: whiteness 81.86, strength 580.0N, stiffness of 38.5mm.At last, cellulase and softener were used to soften the linen fabrics. It was easily found that the complex processing of cellulose and softener improved the hand ,handness and moisture management through KES test and moisture management teste (MMT). |
