| The using of enzyme treatment before cooking the raw materials was in order to reduce the amount of chemicals, reduce energy consumption, improve physical properties of the pulp, and reduce pollution bringing from the pulp process, the paper Firstly studied the optium conditions of pectinase bagasse which can reduce the amount of chemicals and the time of the cooking. Secondly, the effect of pulpability on pectinase pretreatment was studied. Besides, bagasse of pectinase pretreatment was carried in the pilot experiment. At last, the pretreatment mechanisms was probed by analyses of fiber classifier, fiber determination system, X-ray diffraction, FTIR and SEM, al et. The results were as follows:1.The optimum condition of pectinase pretreatment was:pH value9.0, pretreatment temperature55℃, pretreatment time60min, enzyme dosage2%.2.Through the effect of quality of bagasse pulp by changing alkali amount and soakingtime. the result showed that, through the pectinase pretreatment of bagasse, alkali amount can reduce1%,and cooking time reduce20min. 3.Through the pectinase pretreatment, it can increase the whiteness of the paper, and improve the physical properties of the paper.4. The optimum condition of pectinase pretreatment was used in pilot tests, by analysing yield, kappa value and so on, we discovered the results was similar to the small experiment. It showed pilot tests haveed some progress.5. The analysis methoud was investigated the mechanism of pectinase pretreatment, the results showed:by pectinase pretreatment, it could increase the fiber length, reduce the fine fiber content and improve the physical properties of the paper; the FTIR analasis showed lignin content of bagasse decreased, and it dissolved out some micromolecule lingin, what is more, it made hemicellulose have some degradation; by observing SEM, we discovered that the surface becomed more coarse, and emergenced damage or fracture, and fiber surface also appeared more. It could speed up the penetration of solution, and improve the reaction rate of solution and ligin. So it can shorten the cooking time and avoid degradation of hemicellulose and cellulose. |
