Research On Optimization Of Land Use Structure Based On Niches Theory

Land is the material base of human survival and development, and the process of development of human society is the process of landuse. In recent years, as China’s socio-economic development, and urbanization and industrialization continuous advance, the contradiction between man and land has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, how to coordinate land use and socio-economic development in order to achieve sustainable use of land resources has become a pressing problem.From the ecological point of view, land is essentially a complex natural-economic-social ecosystem, there is the process of formation, development, succession,rise and fall. It has some properties of ecosystems. Currently, from the ecological point of view of optimal utilization of land resources, more and more attention of scholars home and abroad. Study on optimal use of land resources from an ecological point of view has been growing attention by domestic and foreign scholars.In this article, The niche theory in ecology is introduced into the optimization of land use structure.Taking Yangzhou City as an example, land-use of Yangzhou as an ecosystem and various land use types as ecological unit in the ecosystem, calculate land-use niche of Yangzhou, and on this basis, build a linear programming model to optimize the land use structure of Yangzhou City. This is an experiment and explore of using niche theory to quantitative study of land use structure optimization, in order to provide a new perspective to study land use structure optimization from an ecological point of view.This Paper includes following contents mainly:Part one, introduction. This article introduces the research background and significance, research objectives, contents, methods and technical route, and niche theory and optimization of land use structure research progress by domestic and foreign scholars.Part two, research on basic theory of land use niche. This paper introducts the niche theory in ecology, and defines the meaning of niche land use, analyzes the characteristics of land-use niche, describes the land-use niche breadth, niche overlap and separation theory, trend of niche theory and niche expansion compression theory and so on.Part trree, land-use niche model and land use structure optimization model. According to niche theory, determines the measure of niche computing indicators,and constructs land use niche models and land use structure optimization based on land use integrated niche model.Part four, empirical study on optimization of Yangzhou City land use structure based on niches theory. Describes the status conditions of land use of Yangzhou City and land resource characteristics and existing problems, analyzes the changes in land use structure and its relationship with the niche. According to land use niche models that this paper constructed, calculates the land use economic natural and social niche of Yangzhou City, and obtaines land use integrated niche. This article constructs land use structure linear optimization model of Yangzhou, obtaines the land use structure optimization by the model and statistical analysis software, and analyzes it.Part five, conclusion and outlook section. Summarizes the main results and conclusions and future work needs to be further improved.
