| Automotive interior made from natural fiber composite materials is a new trend in the developmentof the global auto industry, Japan has carried out relevant research work, Toyota/Nissan has scheduledto study the natural bamboo fiber composites. But the related research in domestic is rarely seen, theresearch of thermoplastic natural fiber composite materials is very necessary.Natural bamboo fiber which made by H&M method has under attention of scholars andentrepreneurs all over the world. Natural bamboo fiber composite material is a big field of application,only in the car interior board application will have a demand for1million tons a year. After a largenumber of investigation and practice from natural bamboo fiber production enterprise to non-wovenenterprise and composite material production enterprise, the paper choose to study the three majorproblems of natural bamboo fiber composites, the main content and the conclusions are as follows:1. Study on the natural bamboo fiber preparation technology, according to automotive interior fabricstandard requirements to deal with raw fiber material. Based on the performance of natural bamboofiber, design the equipment of the natural bamboo fiber pretreatment and process optimization, obtainedacceptable composite fiber material. The length of the fiber is7to10mm, fineness is0.1~0.2mm,impurity rate can control within2%.2. Making natural bamboo fiber composite materials have mixed, combing, into nets, acupuncture,hot pressing and later processing and so on, a series of crafts process. In the production process, becausenatural bamboo fiber has its own unique physical and chemical properties, must set up reasonable everyparameter to obtain the qualified composites products. Through a lot of testing and analysis, this paperhas optimized fabrication process, lay the foundation for the industrialization.3. This paper has research the physico-chemical properties (including microstructure, mechanical,crystallinity and surface functional groups of natural bamboo fiber) and composite material’s mechanics,heat, acoustics, microcosmic structure, antibacterial property and flame retardant. The automotiveinterior materials requirements more stringent flame retardant properties, the paper used adding flameretardant methods to improve flame retardant. Present test method and testing standards,provide themethod and means for the materials used in automobile interior trim field. |
