| High performance fiber of bamboo/wood composite materials as a new type of composite material, which can be widely used in construction, pipeline transport, electricity and other fields.At the same time, it will effectively enlarge the range of plantation and bamboo forest, improve the environmental protection of high performance fiber products. In this paper, how arrangement of high-performance fibers, the angle of high performance fiber and sandwich materials form influence the bamboo/wood composite mechanical properties are studied, and the further study is about the high performance fiber forming technique of bamboo/wood composite pipe. It also discussed the different adhesives system and bamboo surface treatment methods’ influence on pipe’s performance. The result shows that:(1) Fiber reinforced bamboo/wood composite sheet’s bending strength and bending modulus of the three factors of primary and secondary order is:sandwich materials, the arrangement angle of the fiber,the blank form of fiber. Using bamboo as sandwich material, choosing organization placed 4 glass fiber cloth layer and configuration of unidirectional fiber cloth Angle and the grain direction is 30 °, the mechanics performance of the bamboo fiber composite sheet is the best.(2) Through the composite material pipe’s shearing strength test, parallel to the outer load test and the axial compression test, the test results show that three factors’ (winding tension, winding Angle, sandwich materials)influence of the pipe’s properties is as follows:sandwich materials, winding tension, winding Angle. So if you want to ensure that production’s good mechanics performance, you should choose the better raw materials with good strengh itself as sandwich material, at the same time guarantee that the winding angle and winding tension are appropriate. The experiment concluds that the optimal solution is winding tension 300 N, winding angle 30°, and choosineg mutually cutting and strips connnected bamboo mat as sandwich materials. According to the optimal scheme of fiber reinforced bamboo/wood composite material pipe, its performance is better than others, the shearing strength of the optimal production can be 4.1332MPa; its’ stiffness reach at 2.21MPa; the whole pipe can carry the average maximum bending load of 3.227 T.(3) Using surface treated bamboo as sandwich material organization of pipe fittings than untreated group’s shearing strength increased by 40.74%, stiffness increased by 47.51%, and carrying capacity increasee by 34.06%.(4) The group which used isocyanate adhesive as bonding system had better performance than the unsaturated polyester system.Its shearing strength increased by 72.38%, the stiffness increased by 153.84%, carrying capacity by 91.97%... |
