With the development of Daqing oil field enters the casing damage well, later, more andmore, directly affect the normal production of oil wells, or destroyed, damaged oil well casingrepair work is the important work in the process of oilfield development.The casing damage treatment mainly plastic, milling, reinforcement, and set of tools suchas technology, while the sleeve reinforcement is an important casing damage controltechnology, is currently used in several conventional casing reinforcement methods, such asburning and explosion welding, corrugated casing reinforcement technology, for columnsealing of high demand. Explosive welding reinforcement technology can only be used forexternal casing binding of the larger section of the well, is not suitable for shallow burialcementation, osteoporosis, the cementing quality was not evaluated well repair. While theexpansion tube reinforcement technique capable of performing under various conditions ofcasing reinforcement work.At present the domestic expansion tube reinforcement process prevalent in the groundusing high-pressure pump construction, construction of ground pressure is high, often startingpressure of more than40MPa, the expansion joint under higher pressure resistance,construction safety has been greatly affected, and resistance may occur after card expansionfirst difficult to deal with the accident. Therefore the development of a highly efficient,construction ground pressure low expansion pipe reinforcement technology, solve theexpansion pipe construction of high pressure, construction safety, construction process morecomplex problem, accelerating expansion tube reinforcement technology popularization isvery necessary.This paper studies the expansion tube elastoplastic deformation, expansion toolparameters on expansion process, the design basis for the expansion tool. The second study oflow pressure expansion pipe reinforcement technology, improve the construction safety, andin expanding head encountered resistance, a small amount of ground pressure can improveconstruction through the route segment, completed the expansion tube reinforcement. Againstudy of low pressure expanding tube reinforcement technology structure, reduce theexpansion tube reinforcement technology complexity of the construction, improve theconstruction operability. The final study of low pressure expansion pipe reinforcementtechnology supporting technology and research of technology, tool in Daqing oilfield andin-situ test, test results show high pressure expansion tube reinforcement technology, solve theexpansion pipe construction of high pressure, construction safety, construction process morecomplex problems.
