During the process of the development and production of oil fields,as production time grows,all kinds of geological factors and artificial measures have produced influence on the metal casings under under the well to different degrees.With the extension of the development of the oil field,due to multiple trip operations,the changes of formation stress and the fluid corrosion inside and outside the well,it has caused the casings of oil-water wells to be deformed,broken,etc.In order to make sure of the complete exploitation in the oil area,it is necessary to repair the damaged casings.Sealing and reinforcing the damaged casings timely and effectively is the important measure to ensure that oil fields can go on developing and producing.Currently,there are mainly two processes for the sealing and reinforcement.The first process is blasting and reinforcement,which has the features of taking out and fishing casings,with lower pressure bearing.The other one is to reinforce the expandable tubular,which has strong pressure bearing,but is difficult in fishing for the second time.It can affect the secondary repair after it is broken and affect the repair and reinforcement of the casing damage in the lower part after the reinforcement.Therefore,this paper studies the composite anchoring and sealing reinforcement technology.One is the high pressure-bearing casing subsidy technology,which combines the advantages of the combustion and explosion reinforcement and the expansion pipe reinforcement technology,so that the reinforcement technology can not only be sealed,but also can be salvaged twice.,The second is to develop a special milling tool for reinforced pipes in view of the secondary damage to the casing by the reinforced pipe milling.The composite anchoring and sealing reinforcement technology has developed a total of power devices,subsidy tools,anchoring device development,subsidy pipe fishing tools,and at the same time,the existing grinding and milling technology materials are screened and the structure is innovated.The high-pressure accessible casing subsidy technology is not limited by the depth of casing damage,has its own power source,is convenient for construction,and has a better competitive advantage in operating costs.If secondary leakage occurs,it can be milled and salvaged.Take out the subsidy pipe after subsidy for secondary subsidy to ensure that the well diameter channel is unobstructed,flexible and convenient,and will not cause the well to be scrapped.The casing damage well is sealed with 15 MPa pressure and no leakage after the application of this technology,and the inner diameter can be It reaches 105 mm,which meets the subsequent production needs of repairing damaged casing wells;the use of extended and widened anchoring structure soft metal sealing ring supporting parts makes the subsidy pipe obtain stable anchoring and sealing performance,and the suspension force is ?170KN after ground testing;it adopts gas-powered high-bearing The casing subsidy reinforcement processing technology can reduce the casing subsidy reinforcement cost by 10,000 yuan per well.
