Evaluation Research For Drilling Engineering Project Management Maturity

Petroleum engineering project is an important part of the petroleum industry, its successplay a crucial role in the sustainable development of the petroleum industry and promotingenterprise economic growth. Drilling engineering project， as one of the core business ofpetroleum engineering project, its charge accounts for a part of the total cost of explorationand development. So, the success or failure of the drilling project will directly affect theoverall efficiency of the petroleum industry. At present, the drilling engineering projectsmanagement basically remains a vulgar experience management stage, although use some ofthe project management method, but still far from maturity. Therefore, the application ofproject management maturity theory, carry on the drilling engineering project managementmaturity evaluation, found out the short board of the drilling engineering project managementprocess, found that drilling engineering project management’s weak links that exist in practice,to improve the management level of drilling engineering project, improve the current drillingengineering project management method has an important role.This paper based on the summary of the related fields home and abroad on the basis ofresearch results, using the qualitative and quantitative analysis, theoretical and empiricalmethods such as the combination to research. First of all, based on the scientific dynamic,systematic and rational, guidance principles from the organization level, project level,satisfaction level these three aspects to screen drilling engineering project managementmaturity evaluation index system. Secondly, using software SPSS to analysis the scalereliability and validity to determine the final drilling engineering project managementmaturity evaluation index system, and using the fuzzy consistent preference relations (CFPR)method to determine the weight of the drilling engineering project management maturity’severy evaluation index. Then, according to the fuzziness and complexity of the drillingengineering project management maturity to establish drilling engineering projectmanagement maturity evaluation model which is five level, and adopts fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to evaluate the drilling engineering project management maturity. Finally,this paper takes SH company as the background, using fuzzy consistent preference relation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the drilling engineering projectmanagement maturity of SH company, to determine its maturity level and the maturity levelof indicators at all levels. This paper provides a theoretical guidance. to definite drillingengineering project management maturity level, to continuously improve company’s drillingproject management capabilities and management standard.
