1,1-Difluoroethylene is the important intermediates of synthesizing fluororubber. Many excellent performance fluorine materials can be synthesized by using 1,1-difluoroethyleneas initial reactant. Because of its preparation conditions demanding, its core process technology at home and abroad was mastered by only a few manufacturers, which, by the way, has been one of priority research areas domestic and overseas at present.In this paper, the main characteristics of the 1,1-difluoroethyleneprocess technology route at home and abroad have been researched. Combining the domestic manufacturing devices’current research and using the process simulation method, the separation process of act heat cracking method producing 1,1-difluoroethylenewas studied. And further to analyze the exiting problem and come up with process optimization. The calculation results show that the simulated results were in accord with the actual operational data, which can be used as the important basis of 1,1-difluoroethyleneoptimization design and production guide.The paper discusses the 1,1-difluoroethylenemain application and technical route, analyzed the current domestic 1,1-difluoroethyleneplant technology background.The paper mainly is simulated and analyzed the separation process of thermal cracking method of 1,1-difluoroethylenemonomer, finding that the present existing problems and propose optimization plan.
