Nowadays, the recycle of kitchen waste is low-efficient, which has a great influence to both environmental and human health. On another hand, the lawbreakers can get access to the oil from kitchen waste because of limited social supervision, which results in the severe problem "illegal cooking oil".In this paper, we research the kitchen waste oil separation technology, to determine the realization of the overall plan about kitchen waste grease separation by large source, wide distribution and physical characteristics of kitchen waste. The oil separation device designed include solid-liquid separator and water-oil separator device module primarily.Research and design solid-liquid separation device of the device based on the principle of screw presses; And the solid-liquid separation apparatus wherein the member includes the filter member, extrusion member, the housing member and the coil member.simulation analysis about the solid-liquid separation apparatus helical member, What is more,the motor of solid-liquid separating apparatus is calculated;In the oil-water separation device of disc, researching and designing the oil-water separator device by research the buoyant oil condensation process, "principle of shallow pool," and Stokes equations; To simulate the box install the partitions presence or absence by CFX, to make sure that installing board in the box reduce the oil content of the outlet. To simulate the different mounting position of disc in the box by CFX to make sure the installing location of the disc. To simulate different tilt angles across inlet of the tank angles by CFX to determine the degree of inclination of the entrance.Finally, To research disc material research, disc speed, oil accounted for the impact on oil collection of oil-water separator; the influence of the material, velocity and leaching ratio of the disk to the collecting performance is confirmed by experiment.
