Abstract/Summary:
Offshore drilling platform is the exploitation and production base on the sea. Platformpower system is a stand-alone power generation,transmission and distribution system. It isvery significant for offshore drilling platform to be equipped with real-time and reliablepower monitoring system.This paper takes the sixth generation semi-submersible drilling platform as object ofstudy.According to the request of power generation,transmission, distribution,electricity,other equipment load configuration and automatic monitoring system,a platform powermonitoring system is developed by using the technology of network,database,software andothers.It has practical value. The concrete researchs are as follows:According to the feature of the communication interface of offshore power systemequipment,fieldbus is selected as the network structure of field devices.And According tothe overall requirements of platform power monitoring system,industrial Ethernet is selectedas the network structure of workstation and server.And the network construction work ofsemi-submersible offshore platform power monitoring system is completed.According to the side of design principles,requirements,functions and data structure ofoffshore platform integrated monitoring database,historical database and real-time databaseis designed.Power monitoring interface of semi-submersible is designed by using IFIXconfiguration software.Including monitoring interface of diesel generator set,propulsion andpower management,etc.Method of calculating platform power plant capacity and work mode optimization ofmain transformer of power system are studied.Pre-diagnostic function of power modeconversion is designed and implemented based on multi-agent model.And the feasibility ofpre-diagnostic strategy based on multi-agent model is verified by example.The diagnosiscan provide information for decision making of the selection of power mode conversionpath.Power monitoring system is implemented by using VB and IFIX configurationsoftware.Including the real-time display of diesel generator parameters,operationalstatus,fault information and the function of reload asking,light-load splitting,multiplegenerators automatical starting,etc.And its monitoring function is tested by simulationdata,and the test results show the effectiveness of the monitoring function.
