| The coiler is very important auxiliary equipment in the production of the board strip.The working state of the coiler directly influences the product quality of strip steel.Tension constant is an important premise condition to realize high-precision rolling in coldcontinuous-rolling unit and the working-state of coiler is one of the most importantinterference factors in the unit which influences tension constant. So if you want to findthe way of improving tension constant precision and realizing high-precision rolling, itshould start from the analysis of coiler.This Paper according to actual product data in a steel works, completed theengineering design of the coiler in 1100 cold continuous-rolling units, and summarized thetension-control principle. In view of above, established coiling-tension model of exit-stripsteel, and did some studying on the influence factors of coiling-tension constant. Then wedetermined the influence degree of each affecting factors through formula calculating.After that, contrasting main influencing factors, we got the main factors which generatescoiler speed error, and established its analytic relation with tension fluctuation.Using the FEM simulation software—ABAQUS established the FEM model of stripsteel coiling. Through simulation-calculating on different working condition, we analysiscoiler speed laws on tension constant condition and tension fluctuation on the coiler speedfluctuation condition, and working-condition coefficients changes on the imPact oftension-constant. After that, we comPared the simulation results with theoreticalcalculation results, and established the modified relationship.At last, on the basis of the above research, with the purpose of reducing speed error,lower tensile stress error and improving the tension constant precision, we did someoptimization to the equipment and craft Parameter of coiler by using genetic algorithm. Itprovided a certain foundation for the realization of high precision rolling. |
