Multiple attribute decision making is an important part of modern decision science, itis becoming mature by continuous development and improvement since it was proposed in1957. The third-generation prospect theory is the supplement and improvement to theprospect theory and Cumulative prospect theory, which can be a good explanation of"bounded rationality" behavior of the people’s decision-making. This research combinesthe third-generation prospect theory and stochastic&fuzzy multiple attribute decisionmaking and gives a good solution to the problem of stochastic&fuzzy multiple attributedecision making in which the attribute values are intuitionistic languagenumbers,intuitionistic uncertain language numbers and intuitionistic trapezoidal languagenumbers and probability weights are real numbers,interval numbers and Trapezoidal fuzzynumbers. The research on these methods is of great theoretical value and practicalsignificance.The purpose of this research is to solve the multiple attribute decision makingproblems of different kinds of attribute values and probability weights by using thequalities and algorithms of interval numbers and fuzzy numbers.The innovation points of this research lies in:(1) verifed the applicability andsignificance of parameters of value fuction.(2)combining the the third-generation prospecttheory and stochastic&fuzzy multiple attribute decision making and giving the differentdecison making mothd bazed on different fuzzy numbers.(3)in order to solve differentkinds of decision making problem based on the probability weights which are intervalnumbers and fuzzy numbers,some mothed of prospect value gathering is given.(4)newfunctions of variable reference point based on Chinese national conditions are given.
