Since the study area is located in the northern Tibetan Plateau, it is cold andhypoxia. In addition, its poor weather conditions, terrible living environment, difficulttransportation and extremely complex geological conditions caused great difficultiesto1:50000regional geological survey works. This paper conducted pre-process andenhancement process on the original remote sensing data and interpreted richgeological information for the1:50000regional geological survey based on1:250000regional survey results and used remote sensing technology and remote sensing imageprocessing software, which would provide reliable information to1:50000regionalgeological survey, and references for proper workload deployment and top priority inorder to reduce the workload in the wild, shorten working hours, lower the cost ofmapping and improve the accuracy and quality of the mapping.In the process of remote geological mapping for Renacuo area of Gaize, I usedETM+date as original remote data and adopted a series remote mapping enhancementmethods of Linear contrast stretch、Edge enhancement、Convolution smoothing、Image Sharpening to upgraded the interpreting and analyzing abilities and usedMultiple principal component analysis、Co-occurrence measures on Texture to extractinformation on linear structure and circular structure information.Based on acomprehensive analysis of the aforementioned methods, I selected a method that isbest suited for the geological structure of the study area, and provide a reference forremote sensing information extraction method from1:50000regional geologicalsurvey works in future.Lithology, geological body boundary and geological structures based on remotesensing image based on the degree of remote sensing images of the study areaaccording to the seriousness of the interpreted divided into three levels, the initialestablishment of the study area strata, intrusive rocks, lineamentinterpretation signs, while the use of computer processing method auxiliary interpreted, compiling1:50000remote sensing geological interpretation map for Renacuo area of Gaize,the results and accuracy of interpretation in line with the requirements of the1:50000geological mapping work; In the meantime, adopting “mask+principal componentanalysis+density segmentation” method to extract iron staining and hydroxylalteration information of the study area, the delineation of several prospecting work inkey areas, a clear direction for further prospecting work.
