Study On Geological Hazard Of Molybdenum Mine In Jinzhou City

In order to reduce and prevent geological disaster, in order to avoid economic loss andreduce risk in engineering construction, control and reduce the geological disaster caused bymankind’s action, the Ministry of Land and Resources established the Management measuresfor the prevention and control of geological disaster based on the principle of servicing thesociety and economy in1999. In the field of construction, we take the lead in establishing thegeological disaster risk assessment system, in the meantime, according to the rule, thedevelopment organization must submit the report of risk assessment of geological disaster. Sowe entrusted by the Jinzhou Molybdenum Mine limited company to assess the geologicaldisaster. The assessment is aimed at the first mining area of Jinzhou Molybdenum Mine in thecountry of Baocheng and service the prevention and treatment of geological disaster,meanwhile, put many method of assessment about geological disaster into practice.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows. The project belongs to the mineconstruction engineering and major construction projects. The geological environmentalcondition is moderate. The assessment is first-rate and the study area is41.18km~2. Based onthe geological environmental conditions, Regional assessment was adopted aimed at thepresent situation, forecast situation and Comprehensive conditions, and the study area wasdivided into three zones. The conclusions are as follows. The first area is not suitable for theconstruction, the second area is up to the construction standard, the third area is suitable forthe construction. And the thesis raised appropriate measures and advices for the potentialgeological disaster.
