Irrigation Water saving is a sign of the level of development of the irrigation district modernization. Scientific computing in crop water demand and formulating the sustainable crop irrigation system is of great significance to improve the irrigation district water use efficiency which promotes the sustainable development irrigation. In the particular process of irrigation water distribution, how to centrally allocate the limited amount of water to the field through the irrigation canal system is directly related to the water saving and the effect of water distribution. In a lack of water resources, optimal water for irrigation canal is to optimize the combination of irrigation rotation group to make the entire water distribution process time shortest and the Irrigation efficiency maximum. Based on different irrigation requirements, The Optimization of Water Allocation Management system for Canal in Renminshengliqu Irrigation District can formulate the optimal water solution which provides the important basis for Scientific Irrigation.Based on fully analysis of the former optimization of water allocation management model for irrigation canal, a dual objective function is built to make water conveyance of irrigation water distribution canal shortest and diversion time difference of every rotation group sustained minimum。 To solve the complex algorithm design for dual objective function, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight coefficients of each objective function. Then make the dual objective function converted into a single objective function based on the weight coefficients that have determined. Last, the single objective function is solved by Genetic Algorithm, and the optimal combination of rotation group. In order to verify the rationality and accuracy of the model, it is compared with the former Research Achievement.Based on the business needs of the Renminshengliqu irrigation district, designing and achieve The Optimization of Water Allocation Management system for Canal. The system integrates GIS map operations, information management and the model calculation for optimal water model for irrigation canal which has the basic map operations, such as make Irrigation District map data display, zooming and roaming. It can make Irrigation District graphic data and attribute data interactively query. It can brow and edit the irrigation based information data. It can backup and recovery the database. It can calculate the crop water requirement and the time of water diversion. By entering the model parameters, it can automatically generate optimized water distribution program to facilitate irrigation management and optimization of water allocation management.
