The non-fluctuation of shower particles in12A GeV4He inducednuclear emulsion reaction is studied by using the method of scaledfactorial moment in both one-dimensional phase space andtwo-dimensional phase.Consequently the results indicates: The scaled factorial momentsboth in one-dimension azimuthal angle space and one-dimensionazimuthal angle space increace with the adding partition condition, and therefore it is an evidence of non-statistical fluctuation.Considering the influence of the non-uniformity of particle densitydistribution, some modification to horizontal and vertical scaledfactorial moments will be used, the results manifest that the scaledfactorial moments decreases with the adding partition condition, hence no evidence of non-ststistical fluctuation in one-dimensionphase space. In two-dimension phase space, when the influence ofthe non-uniformity of single particle multiplicity distribution in phasespace in not concerned, it is found that ln<Fq>_H and ln<Fq>_v increacewith the increase of the partition of phase space, and it is an evidenceof non-statistical fluctuation. Considering the influence of thenon-uniformity of single particle multiplicity distribution in phasespace, and the results manifest that the scaled factorial moments decreases with the adding partition condition, hence no evidence ofnon-ststistical fluctuation in two-dimension phase space. We can come to the conclusion that there is no non-statisticalfluctuation of shower particles in~4He-emulsion collision at12A GeV.
