It is found that horizontal scaled factorial moment increases with the increase of bins in phase space, vertical scaled factorial moment decreases for q=2 and increases for q=3.and 4with the decrease of bin size of phase space, when the non-uniformity of single particle multiplicity distribution is not considered. Considering the influence of the non-uniformity of single particle multiplicity distribution, both horizontal and vertical scaled factorial moment decrease with the decrease of bin size of phase space, which indicates that non intermittency behavior exists in emission of target evaporated fragments in 12C-AgBr interactions at 290 A Mev.
