The non-statistic fluctuation of target evaporated fragments produced in 12C-AgBr interactions at 290 A MeV in one-dimensional phase space is investigated by using the scaled factorial moment methods in this paper. In order to study the property of non-statistic fluctuation of the emission of target evaporated fragments in phase space, one- dimensional horizontal and vertical scaled factorial moments in both emission angle space and azimuthal angle space is analyzed firstly. It is found that both horizontal and vertical scaled factorial moments increase with decrease of the gap of phase space intervals .In order to reduce the influence of the non-uniformity of single particle multiplicity distribution in the phase space, two additional methods are also used to analyze the data .The first method, the corrected horizontal scaled factorial moments is calculated, it is found that the corrected horizontal factorial moments in both emission angle space and azimuthal angle space decrease with the decrease of the gap of phase space intervals. No evidence of non-statistical fluctuation in one-dimensional phase space is found for the emission of target evaporated fragments produced in 12C-AgBr interactions at 290 A MeV. The second method , the cumulative variable in one dimensional phase space is also used to calculate the horizontal and the vertical factorial moments. The experimental results again testify that non intermittency behavior exists in emission of target evaporated fragments in interactions 12C-AgBr at 290 A MeV.
