A Study On Vegetation Of Wuduofeng Forest Farm

Wuduofeng forest farm located at the northeast of Wudangshan Mountain scenic spot, between32°23’-32°28’N,111°03’-111°12’E, and covered2989hm2。Base on the massive investigations of the vegetation, we studied flora and vegetation diversity in this area。The number of the vascular plants species consist of161families,534genera, and859species in the Wuduofeng forest farm。Among them, there are16families,22gene and32species of pteridophyte, and they respectively account for9.93%families,4.11%genera and94.17%species of the vascular plant; there are139families,498genera,809species of angiosperm, and the angiosperm account for86.33%families,93.25%genera and1.09%species; There are6families,14genera and18species of gymnosperm, and the gymnosperm account for3.72%families,2.62%genera and2.09%species。The results of the vascular plant flora in the Wuduofeng forest farm shows that in distribution types of families, the Tropical has56families, account for38.62%of the total families; The Temperate has45families, accont for31.03%of the total families; In genus flora component, the Tropical has162genera, cover31.64%of the floristic element, and Temperate has209ones, accounts of40.82%, which shows obvious Temperate and Tropical in nature。According to the vegetation data, we use the Chinese Vegetation classification system, the forest vegetation can be dividede into3vegetation type groups,6vegetation types and13formations。Wuduofeng forest farm has typical characteristic in the subtropic evergreen broad-leaved forest and deciduous broad-leaved forest, which has some rare plant community like the Form Aesculus wilsonii community, the Form Pteroceltis tatarinowii community and so on。...
