Planning Study Of Jintang Bonded Logistics Park At The Background Of Zhejiang Marine Economy

As one of the most economic growth advantage region in China, Zhejiang Province characterized by a large amount of port operations, centralized processing trade, prosperous international logistics demand. With the propelling of marine economy development demonstration area construction and development of the emerging marine economy, the number of existing bonded supervision areas can not meet the development needs of the Zhejiang’s export-oriented economy. With the strong support of the General Administration of Customs, Zhejiang Province will strengthen the construction of bonded places like bonded logistics park. As bonded logistics park development in China is still in its infancy, and the park planning theory is not yet mature, the study of the bonded logistics park planning can constantly improve the park planning theory, enhance the rationality of the bonded logistics park construction, and is beneficial to increase the competitiveness of bonded logistics park, push the sound development of the logistics industry.Jintang Bonded Logistics Park is the planning project of developmenting Zhejiang ocean economy. The region it located not only has a well-developed economic background, but also possesses the zone-port interaction advantages. Those made it very important to promote Jintang Port transition to free trade port. Based on experience in the theory and practice of China in the bonded logistics park planning, this paper analyzes the economic background, natural and competitive environment of Jintang Bonded Logistics Park. With the adopting of trends fitting preferred model, this paper forecasts the development trend of foreign trade throughput and container throughput in Zhoushan City, analyzes the market demand of Jintang Bonded Logistics Park. This paper proposes this park’s functional position and industrial positioning, location analysis, scale calculation of construction, layout and business process design. Finally, this paper makes a qualitative analysis and forecast on the park’s economic and social benefits that may arise. This study has certain theoretical and practical significance to the planning and construction of Jintang Bonded Logistics Park.
