Bonded Zone has been established from 1990 in China. Till now there are total fifteen domestic Bonded Zones. Along with their development and progress, in order to avoid the separation of Bonded Zone and port, the government planned to integrate the Bonded Zone and the neighboring port. In 2004, eight Bonded Logistics Parks were approved to be the trial integration zones. But after three-year development, the Bonded Logistics Park's special advantage function has not been developed well. And Bonded Logistics Park competes with neighboring Bonded Zone in the similar function.The deductive steps that thread the paper are as follow: At first, through the analysis on currently existing Bonded Logistics Park and Bonded Zone, and comparative analysis with overseas Free Trade Zone, the paper clarifies the difference between them and the development goal to Free Trade Zone. Secondly, according the overseas successive experience, the paper discusses the management structure and development mode of Bonded Logistics Park and Bonded Zone. During the process to be Free Trade Zone, how to utilize the currently existing resource and to get the best economic return, has been the focus of the paper. Then, the paper inducts the theory of Game and demonstrates the possibility of using Game Theory to analyze the competition between the Bonded Logistics Park and Bonded Zone. Through the price game model and resource game model, the paper concludes that Bonded Logistics Park and Bonded Zone could get more long-term return through cooperation. At last, Xiamen Bonded Logistics Park and Bonded Zone have been taken for case study. After the study, the paper confirms the possibility and necessary of cooperation.
