May2010, Chia-Tung Shun in the first session of the National Academy ofSciences annual meeting of satellite navigation on the Compass navigation system,inspiring speech, which addresses the needs of more people to join to the study ofsatellite navigation. To achieve this goal, there are many ways in which the most is alack of independent intellectual property rights, open satellite navigation open sourceproject.Based on the PC platform to build a the GPS receiver development system, usingthe DJGPP compiler, as the GPS program build environment, software C++-basedrebuild GPS program, through Algorithm, parameter adjustment, repeated testing, sothat code to run solver efficiency and accuracy of the navigation can be improved.DJGPP compiler and the Allegro game library for the implementation of GPS programprovides unrestricted programming environment, an effective open source projects toresolve the foreign transplants in the memory limitations and problems, the softwaredisplays real-time graphical interface channel waveform, constellation changes,making development process more intuitive.Finally, test results show that the basic indicators of various aspects of thesoftware basically achieved the desired results, the receiver cold start even faster thanexpected results, the actual target location accuracy higher than expected1times,basically to the level of similar foreign open source project.
