| According to the essential targets in the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, the land and resources administration should accelerate the utilization of land and resources informationization, accomplish the golden land engineering substantially, and form a integrative online management operating system that can supervise land and resources within the scopes of heaven and earth. Relying on the superiority in space data acquisition, management, analysis and supplementary decision-making, G1S technology has been a main support in the process of land and resources management informationization construction.In the land and resources informationization construction process, local land and resources administrations establish various information management and service systems mostly by employing commercial GIS platform softwares, which enjoy obvious advantages in friendly user interface, stable operation and strong technical support, as well as some disadvantages such as high price, complex installation and configuration, single supportable data format and inferior scalability.In view of the insufficiency of commercial GIS platform software, the emphasis is on a GeoTools (GIS open source project middleware)-based lower-priced land and resources data networking platform which conforms to OGC open specifications and basically satisfies the application requirements of small and medium national territory professions. For an illustrative purpose, three problems are studied in this paper based on the discoursing learnedly on the requirements and the relevant technique of land and resources data networking dissemination platform.1. Study on the demand of land resources professions for space data networking dissemination platform for the purpose of discovering its potential uses and providing a basis for further design and its realization.2. Study roundly on the related technologies of the platform, the present situation of GIS open source software development, OGC open specifications as well as the application of GeoTools.3. Complete the system design, functional design, detailed design as well as the actual realization of land and resources data networking dissemination platform via studies on the platform demand and related technologies, in order to achieve the demonstration of the platform-based custom-made prototype system. |
