As an important part of the Earth’s ecosystems, wetland plays an important role in maintaining the ecological balance and biodiversity. The wetland plants are the main primary producer of wetland ecological system, they are also a major source of required energy of other wetland biological growth and metabolism.and the key point of wetland ecosystem monitoring.With the in-depth study, the traditional methods to get wetland information are often accompanied by defects of large workload, low efficiency, information lag, it is difficult to meet the needs of wetland research,so remote sensing technology has become an important source of information for wetland research.Being one of the foundations of remote sensing science and applied research, object spectrum has been used in agriculture, meteorology, urban land use change, forestry, animal husbandry and other aspects wildly, and has made remarkable achievements, data of corresponding theme accumulated increasingly richly. Collect wetland spectral data and matched parameter information, building wetlands typical vegetation spectral database making it available to provide ground data support for the technical and application development of remote sensing. It can improve the accuracy of remote sensing interpretation and information analysis of wetlands,and make it preferably to dynamic monitoring of wetland ecosystems by using remote sensing.On the basis of previous studies, the thesis introduce the current trends of the object spectrum database, discusses the methods of the indoor and outdoor typical wetland vegetation reflectance spectroscopy of quality control,and the importance of collecting matching parameter of measurement conditions, weather conditions and vegetation status when measuring.Via the use of programming language Mtalab, realizes the preprocessing, data visualization, data query, data analysis and data storage management of data.This paper mainly completes the following work:(1) Collecting part of typical wetland plant spectral data (leaf and canopy levels) and supporting parameters;(2a detailed analysis of the process of spectral data acqutsition matters needing attention and the acquisition conditions;(3)Achieving to read the data and graphical visualization,making it possible to intuitive understanding of the information of spectral curve;(4)Making the research of data preprocessing,useing the filtering algorithms to smooth the spectrum data denoising,and adding water vapor absorption band removal function to facilitate the further use of data;(5) Achieving to spectral analysis function, realizing the transform of spectral,and getting the typical characteristics of spectral vegetation fast;(6)Making analysis of data quality, to determine the input data quality, discriminant unqualified data, and realize the comparison of spectral data and correlation analysis.
