With the extensive applications of green pollution-free products, plant bacterial preparation also gain more and more popularity. Endophytic bacteria are beneficial microbial resources for improving plant growth and abilities of antidisease and antiadversity. They extensively live in various kinds of plants. In this paper paenibacillus (P22) and stenotrophomonas (S16) were separated from hybrid poplars, which species were detennined firstly;and study the effects of P22and S16on the rooting and growing of the plants. This is the basis for checking they are two excellent strains、 making MicroBiological Additives and their application in sustainable agriculture. The major results are summarized as the following:Two strains of endophytiec baeterium named as P22and S16, were isolated from hybrid poplars. The strain P22is roundness, with flat、lacte; The strain S16is full roundness with viscosity、smoothness and yellow. And identified by employing Physic-biochemical methods as well as16SrDNA gene sequencing analysis. The research showed that through inoculating P22and S16into tissue-cultured seedlings of Triploid Populus tomentosa and Liquidambar Formosana hance. Compared to the control group, the strain P22and S16can obviously promote the rooting and growing of tissue-cult ured seedlings of Triploid Populus tomentosa and Liquidambar Formosana han ce, Promoting growth effect of the P22group were obviously larger than that of the S16group and the control group. In the process of cultivation, Promoting the rooting and growing effect of the strain P22and S16for Triploid Populus tomentosa were all very significantly, Especially, the average root number, ave rage root length and average seedling height of the P22group are163%、108%and33.7%larger than those of the control group on the tenth day. For the effect of Liquidambar Formosana hance, Promoting growth effect of the P22group was Significantly more than of the S16group. For the S16group, only in the early period the tissue-cultured seedlings of Liquidambar Formosana hance has significant difference with comparing to the control group, the roots grow well with more lateral roots and there are more new brilliant green leaves. From effects of strains inoculation and IBA treatment on the seedlings, we see that for Triploid Populus tomentosa, the two strains group have all very powerful stimulative effect, especially the0.3mg/L+P22Group grows best than others; but for Liquidambar Formosana hance, all kinds of groups show that the seedlings are short、less and weaker leaves and grew slowly. Maybe strains inoculation and IBA treatment generated double action,so that tissue-cult ured seedlings of Liquidambar Formosana hance grow comparatively bad, but also it reveals inoculating Separatly strainscould Produce more remarkable effect for Liquidambar Formosana hance.Trough effects of the strain P22and S16on the rooting and growing of outdoor cuttings of Euramerican107and willow, we derived that the two strains can also generate promote the growth for plants in the field. For the grewth effect of Euramerican107, the strain P22and S16could all produce strong promote the effect of the growth; but For the grewth effect of willow, promoting the effect of growth of the strain S16was not obvious. Through testing the effect of promoting the growth of the two strains for the four plants, We can draw a few qualitative conclusions that the strain P22has excellent effect of promoting the rooting and growing; Compared to other species of plants, the strainS16has effect of promoting the rooting and growing with plants which have the same species with the host plants ofthe strainS16.
