On land ecological system (In Terrestrial ecosystem), the aboveground plant community and the belowground soil microbes are connected with each other, and the aboveground-belowground linkages is an important band for the combination of aboveground and underground ecosystem. In the natural conditions of the grassland, the soil microbial diversity and community composition are different according to different host plant, and the soil spatial heterogeneity cause difference even beneath the same specie of plant. The feedback between aboveground and underground ecosystem associates with the whole system’s stability and development. The informations about how plant community effect soil microbial diversity and community structure are essential to reveal the mechanism of the degradation of Songnen grassland, and it’s recoveryThe development of Molecular biology technology gives these researchers who study the genetic diversity a new way. We use the PCR-DGGE technology (the polymerase chain reaction--degeneration gradient gel electrophoresis technology) to test the soil microbial diversity and community structure information. from samples in total DNA extracted directly, after PCR amplification get high change the DNA sequence of purpose, again through the DGGE get fingerprint. Each strip is likely to represent a variety of microbial species or. So, DGGE fingerprint of the number of bands, can reflect the samples in the number of soil microbial groups. At the same time, DGGE still can obtain more microbial community structure and genetic diversity of information, combined with further sequencing analysis, in the ecological system stability area has wide application prospects.In recent years, ecological chemometrics is ecology emerging a research field, it makes the biological sciences such as different level of molecules, cells, and organism, population, ecological system and global scale research theory organically combine. This paper good will molecular biology and ecology means chemometrics combined, analyzes the data. According to the different soil ecological plant community of chemometrics index measuring, discusses the influence of soil bacteria to underground. In view of the current Songnen grassland degradation of ecological system, and put forward the plants and soil microorganisms to maintain the common function of Songnen grassland ecological stability of the system is of great significance. Put forward the current ecological problems in the research of the system, and puts forward the prospect of the future research.This experiment in the meadow Songnen grassland plant community different background studied under different plant community on the underground soil bacteria community composition, and the influence of soil C:N:P ecological chemometrics features affect, and will soil ecological chemometrics and soil bacterial community genetic diversity connected. The results show that:(1) The same plant community, different space structure, plant communities of underground soil physical and chemical properties of a certain difference, but the difference is less than the difference between different kinds of community. In the whole of the sample under the background, the same plant different space composition and different kinds of plants, the moisture content of the soil no obvious differences.(2) The same plants in different positions of space, the soil nutrient elements in different, and less than the difference between different kinds of community; At the same time, the bullwhip grass, and the leaf and apocynum soil nutrient malan accumulation and salt environment improvement has the positive role.(3) The same plant between different communities, the underground soil pH value no obvious difference; Different kinds of plant community between, the underground soil pH value differences are significant, but, different kind of community pH value of the different soil and DGGE fingerprint collectively have no obvious correlation.(4) The same plants in different space position of soil bacteria diversity different, and the leaf malan and apocynum diversity is higher; The leaf malan and the bullwhip grass next bacteria homology higher than other plants.The same Songnen grassland plant communities under different space configuration, soil bacteria DGGE map of the difference is not big, bacterial community has a certain similarity form; DGGE fingerprint of the optical density analysis under the same plant communities, the differences of soil bacteria that the space of the soil bacterium heterogeneity, and at the same time can reflection on the ground of plant communities spatial nonstationarity; For different kind of plant communities soil bacteria DGGE channel under the analysis shows that, in quantity and locus on the show a significant difference. The soil bacteria on the surrounding environment is sensitive to changes, different kind of plant roots of feedback effects on soil is different, and cause of each element of the different content of soil, which affects the genetic diversity of soil bacteria.Research in Songnen grassland plant community on the ground and underground soil bacteria genetic diversity of interactions, to reveal the Songnen grassland degradation mechanism, to stabilize and improve the grassland ecology system has important significance.
