Wudalianchi slurry has been used in medical care for hundreds of years.It is rich in a variety of trace elements,can participate in the metabolism of human coenzyme,and has the effect of improving the body's immunity.At present,the research on the Wudalianchi Yaoquan Mountain slurry is mainly focused on the distribution of the mud and its partial physical and chemical properties.However,there is still a lot of room for research on the diversity of microbial community in the slurry.Therefore,this paper analyzes the physical and chemical properties of the slurry samples in different slurry areas of Wudalianchi Yaoquan Mountain,using PCR-DGGE technology for slurry.The bacterial community was tested and statistically analyzed with the software of the map and statistical software.To explore the correlation between the microbial community composition of the slurry and the environmental factors,and provide data support for further revealing the health benefits of the slurry from the perspective of microorganisms.This paper has achieved the following results:(1)Comparing the microbial community diversity of slurry and soil at different sampling points,the overall similarity is relatively low.There is a big difference in microbial community composition between different sampling points and different depth.The cluster analysis of the microbial communities in different locations showed that the samples were more branched and complex.The soil samples aggregated clearly,mainly divided into two major categories.There is a similar community structure between the slurry and soil microorganisms in the same area.(2)Shannon-Werner Diversity Index,Piero Uniformity Index,and Richness Index for calculating microbes in slurry and soil.The data show that the muddy diversity index of the surface is about 3,and the deeper slurry diversity index is 2,the depth is deeper,and the diversity index is smaller.Overall,the slurry microbial community has a good diversity.Sequencing analysis of significant bands revealed that the Wudalianchi volcanic mud and soil are rich in flora,including nitrospores,Bacillus,Desulfovibrio,and Pseudomonas.(3)The correlation between microbial community and environmental factors shows that the microbial diversity index of different slurry layers at different sampling points and the same sampling point increases with the increase of organic matter,humus and water content,and decreases with the increase of pH.However,the trend between total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and total sulfur is complex and is greatly affected by environmental conditions.(4)Applying the typical correspondence analysis method to analyze the correlation between physical and chemical properties and the microbial community of different geographical locations in the study area.After analysis,it was found that among the selected physical and chemical properties,total sulfur,total potassium and pH were the main factors affecting the diversity of microbial communities.
