Today, the prediction of Geological disasters is still a big problem mainly becausethe factors caused disasters are numerous. At present,geological disaster forecast hasbeen integrated into the stage of comprehensive prediction,holographic prediction andreal-time tracking of dynamic prediction. As a result,the study of the structures ofgeological disaster monitoring and forecasting system is of great significance.Because of the usual serious loss of highway geological disasters, the potentialdisaster points along the highway are generally monitored and protected with severalmeasures.At the same time, highway geological disaster forecast is always involvedmore information than other kinds of forecasts and more complex because thedisasters are closely related to highway construction. Hence, the study of thestructures of geological disaster monitoring and forecasting system is ofrepresentative and versatility. It not only plays an important role in the highwaygeological disaster forecast, but also becomes important reference for other kind ofgeological disaster monitoring and forecasting.Aiming at the disaster points and basing on the disaster surveillance data,thisarticle refers to the stability assessment in the prediction of the risk disaster point,andrefers to the breeding environment of geological disasters in the disaster assessment ofhighway. It proposes the integrated forecasting methods of surface to line and line topoint and forms a conceptual model of the methods. It also constructs aImplementation model of the methods according to the development frameworkprovided by the ArcGIS Servers,and finally constructs a multi-level integratedhighway geologic disaster forecasting system structure.This article develops a Western Highway geological disaster monitoring andforecasting system by using the structure of flat-line-point multi-level system.Thesystem realizes the area (surface) division of geological disasters, roads (line) zoningof geological disasters. And the system has the following characteristics:(1) Scalability. The system can be incorporated into a variety of other monitoringdata processing and forecasting model;(2) Hierarchy. Highway geological disaster forecast is from the surface to the line,from the line to the point. And it refers to comprehensive regionalinformation,performance data, multi-level decision-making information in the processof information processing;(3) Potentiality. With the ever-increasing database of disaster information,enriching and improving the accuracy of the historical disaster information areconducive to the research disasters elements and disaster between the law, can therebyenhance the disaster forecasting accuracy.
