In recent years,the investigation of the selective absorption of solar spectrumcoating and its application on the water heater have become interested subject athome and abroad.In European countries especially in Germany, it’s basically aboutflat type water heaters, Germany has further realized the craft that selective filmsare manufactured on flexible substrate by magnetron sputtering method, andachieves scale production.The thesis summed up the basis of research achievementsat home and abroad, according to the theory the four layers of NiCr film system isdesigned, NiCr four layers of thin film coated is fabricated by the magnetronsputtering method,Used thin film material analysis research means test and analyzethe organization of the film composition, performance and surface morphology.Via the equivalent medium theory, NiCr four layers gradient film system wasdesigned. NiCr system solar selective absorbing thin films with a bule surface havebeen deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering from a4:1nickel-chrome alloytarget materials, Using oxygen and nitrogen for Response gas and argon for workgas. The experiment test analysis shows that the film have a good adhesion, thesolar absorption rate is0.8to0.88and emission rate is0.08to0.13.Film reflection spectra showed that the nitrogen flow rate increases will filmthe absorption rate decreases and visible spectral reflectance trough shifted to theright.When the fill factor of single layer absorption layer film between the fillfactor of double absorption layers film. The absorbing absorption rate of doubleabsorption layers film is greater than single absorption layer film, the reflectivity oftwo absorption layers film less than single absorbing layer film.With increase of thickness of anti-reflection layer,the absorption rate of thefour layers film first increases than decreases.The thickness of anti-reflection layerin50~60nm and the thickness of two absorption layers in80~100nm and can getbetter absorption rate and emission rate of the combined effect.TEM and XRD analysis of film showed that the existence of the FCC structureof NiO polycrystalline particles, particles of the films in the substrate temperatureof180°C are more small and compact, more uniform distribution than substratetemperature of80°C. Increase the flow of oxygen or argon gas flow caused by the uneven distribution of the particles of the film, the formation of more islandstructure and cracks.NiCr System Solar Selective Absorb Film Coated on Copper-based provides abasis for the industrial production of Solar high absorption t selective films.
