Study On Rural Cadastral Management Information System

Cadastral management is the core of land and resources management; data and results formed in the business process are the basis of other land and esources management work, and also are the most important and most basic information source of land and resources management information system. The establishment of rural cadastral management information system is the important basis of achieving normalization, standardization, informatization, office automation and information service socialization of rural cadastral management and realizing modernization of land and resources management, and will be bound to play an important role in the construction of land and resources informatization. The main contents of this study include:(1) Face the actual needs of rural cadastral management, make clear the relevant technical requirements through the business process analysis of rural cadastral system, and design system functional structure;(2) Aiming at the characteristic of frequent changes in rural land use, develop workflow and key technologies of historical data storage and query;(3) According to the storage requirements of rural cadastral data, design area measurement and error control algorithm, briefly analyze the change principle of cadastral data, and achieve the change method of cadastral data.(4) Integrate Delphi development language and ArcGIS platform, develop system maintenance, data monitoring, daily management and other functional modules, and finally complete the development and realization of rural cadastral management information system.This study has initially realized the information system of rural cadastral management, but still leaves huge follow-up research space, and its practicality, openness and generalizability need further exploration.
