With the invention and development of chromosome conformation capture andit’s derivative technology. The study of epigenetic is no longer limited to theresearch on plane; long-range interactions about genes and the three-dimensionalconformation of the nucleus become a research hotspot. Chromosome territoryintermingle lead to Long-range interactions of genes and this interaction makesgenes space conformation dynamic changed. The interaction of genes is functionallylinked? The dynamic changes of gene space conformation and gene expression havedirect relation? These questions become the urgent problem in the field. Our article’s research purposes are based on the above questions. We usingdopamine synthesis pathway genes as the research object, using Nuero-2A and PC12cell lines as the study materials, using Q-PCR test before and after induction of geneexpression changes, then use3D-DNA-FISH to study the gene space conformationchange before and after treatment. Finally, in the Nuero-2A cell line was found, thefunction related genes have trends that which close to each other in space, and thistrends seems without direct contact with gene expression. In addition, experimentalverification of the ETV1regulate dopamine synthesis related gene have speciesspecificity, and discovery of the expression of Th gene interactions by both PKA andPKC.
