During the last few years, the nation has paid great important attention and investment to develop the occupation education. As one of the compulsory basic courses, Mathematics has being lack of the learning motivation among the students in the secondary vocational education, which lead to serious impact on the development of secondary vocational education. Therefore, it is particularly urgent and important to inspire the students’motivation of learning mathematics.As per investigations, teacher’s knowledge, ability, personality, moral and general quality is one of the main reasons to attract and motivate the students’interest of learning. Based on the above reasons, this paper will explore a way of learning on how teacher’s personality motivates students to learn mathematics based on the following factors:●Main factors of effects of mathematics learning motivation.●Improve the strategies of mathematics learning motivation combined with the effects of teachers’ personality.First of all, base on the relevant theories of motivation and effects of teachers’personality, questionnaire surveys and individual interviews have been conducted with the students in the secondary vocational school and come up with the pattern of teacher types who the students are interest with.Secondly, based on the theoretical basis and factual basis, an experimental study has been conducted within two classes the author is teaching. The2experimental classes are taking the advantage of the teaching strategy of motivation theories of teachers’personality on purpose of mathematics study. Through the practice, the following conclusion has been drawn down that:(1) Mathematics teachers are playing the key important factors of the effects of mathematics learning within the secondary vocational school.(2) The teacher’s personality significantly influences the learning motivation of the vocational students on mathematics study.Finally, based on theoretical considerations and experimental research, it was put forward to suggestions about how to improve the mathematics teachers’ personality and promote the motivation level of vocational school students’ mathematics learning.
