This study design system can fully express the results of the evaluation of the water environment monitoring information through charts and other visual display, space regularity of the environmental quality of water can be visual display, and can be a visualization of water environmental quality assessment information, and express its dynamics and development trends, reveal the law of its development, access to all kinds of important information for the relevant government departments and relevant experts, and for an environmental policy analysis and decision making.The design of the Taihu Lake Basin Water Environment charts management system and ultimately the information charts and reporting features of the water environment, and thematic map production function of the water environment based on WebGIS.This collected the raw data of the Taihu Lake Basin Water Information,after the analysis of the system, by analyzing the diagram represents the water quality monitoring results.And by calling the GIS database and the external environment database water resources information.After this system of data processing and analysis, Formation energies of a series of thematic maps of the reaction of water quality and water information, and to achievechart handling functions.Study of this system is built on the theory, techniques and methods are feasible, at the same time can promote a certain extent, management information and modernization of the water environment,at the same time provide the information basis for decision-making of the relevant government departments.Statistics and analysis of water environmental information is an extremely complex process.
