| Landslides disaster not only bring threat to human lives and cause damage to property,environment,resources,and other. Importantly, it has brought a series of secondary and derivativedisaster to us. Secondary disaster triggered by Landslides damage railway facilities, road andurban facilities, and make the rive facilities destroyed, lapsed. Landslides also will cause a seriesof derivative disaster, such as causing destruction to the cities and towns, services and housingproject construction,and causing serious economic losses.In order to predict the time when landslides will come, I prepared the risk assessment indexsystem about the secondary and derivative disaster caused by landslides, and have established therisk assessment model of secondary derivative disaster caused by landslides which will providetheoretical support for disaster prevention and mitigation.First discusses the risk assessment of the status quo about the secondary and derivativedisaster caused by the landslides, and then study the domestic and international risk assessmentstudy, raise the problem of domestic study on the landslides secondary and derivative disasters.By summarizing the hazard assessment methods, I propose the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchyprocess method of the secondary and derivative disaster risk assessment triggered by landslides.Second, the secondary disasters caused by landslides summed up in three categories:secondary disasters of transportation systems, lifeline engineering of secondary disasters, landresources of secondary disasters. The derivatives disasters triggered by Landslides are divided intotwo categories: Industrial Zone, derivative disasters and neighborhood derivatives disasters. Then Ianalyze the risk factor of landslides secondary and derivative disaster risk factor, excludeinappropriate risk factors. These factors are divided into three parts, the stability factor,inducedfactor, and historical landslides factor. Then I have prepared the risk assessment index systemabout the secondary and derivative disaster c caused by landslides, and have established the riskassessment model of secondary derivative disaster caused by landslides. At last, case studies to establish the front of the landslides secondary and derivative disasterrisk assessment model to evaluate the study area, determine the study area about the landslidessecondary and derivative disaster risk rating, demonstrate the model is effective. |
