With the rapid development of economy and technology, the trend of internationalization and globalization is increasingly clear, and the global economic competition has become particularly intense. Due to the diversification of product demand, the developing of new high-tech products, the increasingly severe require of product quality, cost and delivery time, how to reduce internal costs, meet customer needs and to shorten the delivery time is becoming more and more important for Enterprises. The global implementation of TPM management model is an effective means to reduce manufacturing costs and eliminate the loss so as to improve the enterprise constitution. It has been considered as the most basic and practical magic weapon for management by every enterprise in Japan, especially manufacturing industrial enterprises. It has also been widely used in the United States and EuropeAs one auto parts manufacturer, the GSK Auto Parts (Fuzhou) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "GSK ") deeply aware of the necessity and importance of the implementation of TPM management when analysing the enterprise's equipment management situation. Timely introduction of TPM management enables enterprises to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance corporate competitiveness.Based on the actual sample of GSK Auto Parts, this paper introduced the company's daily5S management, QCC activities, proposal of improvement etc, proposed the program of TPM implementation, analysed TPM's operation links: individual improvement, self-preservation, planning preservation, quality preservation, initial management, education training, work efficiency, work safety and environmental sanitation and so on, evaluated the TPM implementation in GSK Auto Parts by a series of performance indicators and suggested improving solutions for its deficiencies. In the base of the theory and practice, this paper conduct a comprehensive study for the cause, process, effectiveness and future improving direction of the TPM management, to make some help of the GSK company's future internal management and the continuous imporvement of TPM management, to promote the work for getting through the Japanese TPM Award of Excellence Continued in2015, to be referenced of the TPM implementation in other manufacturing enterprises.
