Since the1990s, technology and information industry have a rapid progress, the cell phone gradually replace the traditional telephone as the main medium of communication. With the arrival of the3G era, more data access has allowed a richer communication and exchange via handheld devices. Correspondingly the smart phone market is increasingly becoming the main battlefield of the operators and mobile phone manufacturers in the new pattern. The entire mobile phone industry, mobile phone manufacturers, carriers, channel partners and other Stakeholders raise the smart phone business to a strategic height. Because of more opportunities, regardless of the communications industry giants of the foreign or domestic, small and medium-sized mobile phone manufacturers, equipment suppliers in the top of industry chain, or at the bottom of the industrial chain operators actively carry out market layout in the mobile phone. So how we can get developed in the highly competitive handset market, how to make use of in the face of extensive growth opportunities in the future and establish the barriers in this market is the problem to solve to each handset manufacturers in the face of extensive growth opportunities in the future.At today's low-end phones homogenization is quite serious; the threshold of smart phones becomes lower as the android system conduct an open-source strategy. So how can highlight the selling point, how to impress potential customers has become a very important issue. Lenovo Group completed the M&A of its subsidiary Lenovo Mobile by Hony Capital Holdings which marks the Lenovo Group pays the attention of the handset market. Jiangxi province as the more developed regions in china, is one of the very important area of the marketing strategy of Lenovo Mobile. This article aims to solve Lenovo Mobile marketing strategy issues by marketing environment analysis in Jiangxi market and target market positioning analysis theoretically. On the other hand, the article gather a collection of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Lenovo Mobile to open up the mobile phone market in Jiangxi market, and design of Lenovo Mobile marketing strategy in Jiangxi region, hoping to provide assistance for the improvement of Lenovo mobile business development and marketing strategy.
