Chemical industry is of benefit to the people, while also has great potential safety risk. In recent years, industrial has become the dominant pattern of economic growth, chemical industry has made great contribution to the development of industrial economic of Jiangxi province along with push forward the course of industrialization by government. But in general, because of the smaller scale and the weaker industry basis of chemical industry enterprises in Jiangxi, safety production accident happens frequently.With the construction of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone has become the national strategy, the state is paying more attention to the safety production work.
